দেশের সমস্ত সরকারি হাসপাতালে রোগী ভর্তি করার সময় জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (এনআইডি) বা জন্ম নিবন্ধন নম্বরের রেকর্ড রাখার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তর।
